Market-Oriented Transformation and Development of Local Government Financing Platforms in China: Exploratory Research Based on Multiple Cases

In recent years, the disorderly development of local government debt financing and platforms (GFP) in China has brought huge risks. order to control increment caused by illegal GFP, state issued a series documents. Under new economic form, how determine position, choose road, plan path market-oriented for high-quality is critical GFP. This paper committed solving key points transformation paths (1) On basis literature research, it analyzes necessity, feasibility, current difficulties (2) It defines concept GFP (3) collates real cases four (county-level above) platforms, studies transformation, systematically summarizes from three aspects: goal, work plan, implementation scheme development.
